Kurma Seasoning Mix
It has spices and creamy taste. Suitable for chicken or any type of meat. Heat oil, fry onions untill light golden and add meat. Mix the Kurma seasoning to 200ml warm water and pour to the meat. Add potatoes and green chillies for extra flavour. Once the meat is cooked add 4 tablespoon yoghurt. Adjust the taste and serve immediately.

Kurma is originated from the Turkish word kavurmais which means ‘cooked meat.’ It also spells as Khurma or Korma and considered as one of the less spicy versions of curry. It purportedly originated for Persia and was brought into India by the Mughal Empire in the sixteenth century. Kurma dish can be mildly spiced or fiery hot too, according to your preferences.
