Mix 1 packet of Green Curry seasoning mix with 1 cup of warm water. Stir until powder has completely dissolved. Heat the wok and pour 2 tablespoon of cooking oil. Add 200gm of chicken and stir together. Optional: add aubergines and sweet basil leaves. Turn off the heat and serve with steamed rice.
