Curry Laksa Seasoning Mix
Mix the seasoning Curry Laksa powder with water to form a thick paste. Heat vegetable oil. Stir fry spice paste over medium heat until fragrant, about 2 minutes. Add 400gm chicken and stir till chicken turns opaque. Add curry leaves and pour in 100ml water. Bring to a boil. Add 100ml of coconut milk. Adjust the taste.
